I agree with you Forest (the 3 positive elements) as I grew up in Boston
and as a high school student having studied saxophone privately with several
Berklee graduates and studied at Berklee later but never graduated.
For the more classic orient folks there is New England Conservatory of Music
within walking distance from Berklee with the BSO Hall and Rayburn's Music
store in between!!!!
In Indiana are you referring to Ind. Univ.??? I'm curious because many young
Brasilian musicians ask about schools in the USA. Berklee unfortunately is
getting a reputation of being too "pop" and expensive BUT!!!

PS I'm familiar with North Texas State and would highly recommend it to
anyone!!!
