I hesitate to mention this one to you given the past conversations
concerning tuners, but here it is anyway. Sabine has a great little
combination metronome/tuner that is fairly loud for its size. It also gives
downbeat and will do a fair amount of subdivision. It sells for about $30 at
most music stores. Otherwise Seiko has one that is pretty good. It is simply
listed as the quartz metronome. It can also use an earplug that can be
plugged in. It runs about the same price or maybe a tad more than the
Sabine. Hope this helps
