How come in the frequent mentions of Dan Leeson and pizza I never see
mention of the true nexus of pizza, that is to say, New Haven, Connecticut?
The very fact that Hans Moennig and Guy Chadash never saw fit to attempt to
improve it, the fact that there is never any question as to it's relative
lightness or darkness, and that Tony Pay has never made disparaging
comments as to its lineage, and that Sabine Meyer has probably never been
fortunate enough to try it, speaks volumes for it....
