Can I make a plea for the Forth Road Bridge? It's amazing. Seeing a
train cross it makes the train appear to be a model!

My most memorable visit was to Staffa, location of Fingal's Cave. It
isn't
in Edinburgh, but it is close enough for a day trip, if you can arrange
it. You won't be disappointed. And there wasn't a place in Edinburgh
that
disappointed us when we were there. Iceland and Scotland are my two
favorite places in Europe. They are right up there with Vancouver, B.C.

and the Canadian Rockies as places to spend my free time. Have a great
visit!
