It's just a big text file I got from somewhere, and a program that selects a
line randomly. If it turns out to be in poor taste, or otherwise
inappropriate, I just delete it.

Of course, taglines really irritate some people; and I did once seriously
offend someone who took the random tagline to be a cunningly angled comment
by me on his relationship with the subject under discussion. So now I'm a
bit more careful with them in personal emails.
