Oh, OK. Thanks.

Guess I need new glasses. I was sitting exactly center so the
clarinets would have been directly behind Conductor Ellis. Peeking
around didn't do it......

I thought the first movement was a little mushy, but it all sure came
alive in Act 4.

I was sort of jolted when the entire Chorus (seated in a balcony
above and behind the orchestra) all stood up EXACTLY on cue midway or
so thru Act 4. It looked, momentarily, as though they were all going
to fall down on top of the instrumentalists. Scary.

Does this happen in other performances or does the chorus usually
stand at the start of the 4th Movement? And stay up.

A great evening (even though I did get a "meter-expired" parking
ticket in College Park Center during dinner.)

Hi
I was at the concert also and there were two clarinetists playing in
the
orchestra. I noticed also the names were not in the program but they
were
defiantly there playing:)
