Your tongue is a muscle. Train it slowly. Short bursts of repeated tonguing
at top speed 2, then 3, then 4, then 5, Make sure you leave time (4-5
counts) in between to recover. Use a metronome. Recovery is important, ask
any sports trainer.

Realize that tonguing happens backwards (the sound comes when the tongue
pulls back), this may lighten you up a bit.

Put your tongue on the reed, turn on the air (don't worry about leaks out
the side) open the hole for a split second by pulling back and reapplying
as fast as you can. (Leave 4-5 counts between attemps)
