For those who are interested, ScienceDirect (an online supplier of
electronic versions of scientific articles) is making freely available
Einstein's 1936 article "Physics and Reality", published in the Journal
of the Franklin Institute, both in the original German,

It's a very interesting little piece setting out Einstein's ideas about
science, scientific method and the way these relate to our personal
perceptions of the world.
