Interesting pieces, as I email a clarinet friend and this is what he wrote
me on the Eleanor Rigby piece.
**************************************************************
Eleanor Rigby movement very reminiscent of Bernstein's sonata for clarinet
and piano.

***************************************************************
And a comment from a non clarinet persona and a big Beatle fan:

Ugh!

The only Beatles song I remember that had a clarinet was "When I'm
Sixty-Four". I don't know if I would want to hear "I am tne Walrus" on the
clarinet, though

**************************************************************

Oh well,

For anyone who is a Beatle fan, my wife just finished reading "Shout" a book
about the Beatles that came out in 1981 and she got it in 1981! It took her
all these years to read it. She said the Beatles were talented in writing
music, but were poor business people!

Best of luck with your CD Mr. Osborn. Maybe I will purchase a copy of it
for my friend for Christmas!

Remembering watching the Beatles on Ed Sullivan,

Mike Marmer
