I have recently received a book entitled The Development of Woodwind
Fingering Systems in the Nineteenth and Twentieth Centuries by Jerry L.
Voorhees. It was published in 2000 and is 230 pages. It treats the
fingering system developments of all the woodwinds together, which makes
sense. This is followed by pages of examples, about 26 pages showing
clarinets. The price is $49.95.

I don't have this listed on my web site yet, but it is available for purchase.
