A gentle question, no hositlity intended. Sexist, yes, but why
do you label the VPO as racist? That may be true but I'd like to
hear about some specific cases.

"Draws" is defiantly the right word to use. There are many people
who wouldn't want to work for the VPO because of their racist,
sexist practices.
