If you happen to be using macos, try running Terminal.app (it's in
Applications/Utilities) and typing:

curl http://whatever.com/file.rm > ~/Desktop/file.rm

You should be able to find the URL of the file itself by viewing the
source to the web page, and looking for something ending in ".rm"
