That's what I thought. But they seem stuck on the idea. My brother-in-law
has been to several of my recitals and knows how loud chamber music can get.
We'll see. I may just have to recommend they go with the piano route
again.

Do you think they really know what they're asking for? I once
played a gig with a 5-piece Dixie combo at a reception for the
100th anniversary of a local opera house turned event facility.
I think the organizers wanted "period" music but didn't realize
what a 5-piece Dixie combo actually sounds like. We were asked
to play more quietly. What Dixie combo plays quietly???!!!

I hope your brother-in-law's bosses are smarter than this outfit was.
