As others have posted, Yamaha makes a clarinet with a german bore and french
system key work (Reformed Boehm). The model numbers are YCL-856 (Bb) and
YCL-846 (A).

I just purchased Yamaha Oehler System clarinet. When discussing the
available models and pricing, my dealer mentioned that Yamaha had a Reformed
Boehm Bb and A in stock. Also, he was told by Yamaha that when current
stock is sold they would not be restocked. The instruments would be made on
order with a six to eight month lead.
