It might be worth contacting Ed Pillinger about this, as he manufactures
various designs for wider-bore instruments (e.g. similar to the B&H 926
and 1010 mouthpieces). I think Peter Eaton also makes mouthpieces for
larger bores, but Ed is the only one I know personally (and he's very,
very good).
