I went through the whole range with a tuner, just now. No huge problems, all
notes can be bent enough, at least, and I'll get used to it, and to where things
need bending, with practice, as much as I expect. I am not really expecting
to have absolute bang on pitch for every note. It is a new French mouthpiece on an
old English clarinet played by an inexperienced student with non-adjusted reeds.
My teacher seems to think I have no hope of ever playing well in tune with this
clarinet anyway (He believes in "There is only 1 good type of clarinet, and Buffet
is its manufacturer." and "Thou shalt play on wood alone". *sigh*). Anyway,
The low G seems to be a lot better than it was before (it was disgustingly sharp).
I guess I will find out more as I practice with it and find out all the wonderful
new peculiarities of it. Joy joy joy.

Me too. :-)
