HI. I studied with Mr. Weber in high school (1989-90) then again
before I started my Masters program. We always started with
chromatic long tones, then we went to the dexterity studies, which
were a series of arpeggios/chords in groups of 4, 5, and 6, first
starting on low E, then F, then F#, etc. Then we would work on
either a phrasing study or orchestral excerpts. He was big on tone
and I learned my double lip embochure from him. I spoke with him
last about a year ago but hear he still has a few students that he
teaches regularly.

The material was't very bulky but was very specific on what you
needed to come prepared to do.

Take care
