Another humidity question:

Doesn't the regular (daily) playing of the instrument supply "lots" of
humidity to, at least, the inside of the wood? Granted you swab out
the liquid condensate, but still things stay moist when the instrument
is put away.

Or are the pro-humidifier folks concerned about longer-term storage of
an instrument that isn't played so regularly, such as multiple
instrument owners might have?
