Adam,

The Selmer HS* is more closed than the Vandoren 5RV.
From what you wrote, I guess there is no plain HS mpc,
which has a smaller tip opening than the HS*, for the Eb.

That Selmer is probably 3 thousandths smaller opening
than the 5RV
