What are these things supposed to do?

Roger, they had a display at ClarFest. I didn't get a set but I was
tempted.
They do have a student version which is around $50 that I would myself
probably try first to see how they are. The pro set has many more
options
but costs about $80 more.

Dear group,

I have just received a junk mail from Claripatch which claims all
sorts
of wonderful things. Has anyone on the group actually used (or seen)
these things? Are they any good? I'm interested in real practical
experience and views rather than the company's sales patter.

Thanks,
Roger H
