Dan,
You were right about Prokofiev.
The Russian edition says Jewish and Not Hebrew.

Arcady Gurfinkel is a very nice clarinettist who made Aliya
about 15 years ego. His son Mischa is playting first clarinet
at the Israeli opera and his grandsons are 12 years old identical twins and also his students.
Few weeks ego they played the Krommer concerto for 2 clarinets (op. 35)
with the Israel Philharmonic and Zubin Mehta.

Arcady is almost 80 and his teacher was a student of Rosanoff who was the teacher of Bellison.
Arcady gave me some excellnt clarinet method books that were written by Rosanoff.
Sarah
