It is in Israel, though which facility houses it is unclear to
me. Much of the things in Bellison's estate were in manuscript.
If I remember correctly Klocker did a recording of Hebrew music
for clarinet and string quartet, about 6 of them, all found in
Bellison collection in Israel.

Bellison's music and possibly letters and diaries, too.
