You can buy a copy of the catalog for about $100, more if it is
in color. It has been issued in facsimile form on several
occasions, the most recent edited by Alan Tyson and Albi
Rosenthal. The original is in the British Museum and was the
property of the writer (whose name escapes me) who acted as
librettist for Richard Strauss ca. 1930 and wrote a great chess
novel called, "The Royal Game." Got it: Stephan Zweig.

Hey Dan, you're up early! It must be 6am in Cal. now!

I've heard about the catalog and did wonder if that was it. What
is it that
is so fascinating about this catalogue? I assume it can't be very
complete
since the clarinet concerto is only opus 107 (I think) and Köchel
has it at
622. Can you tell us something about it or recommend any reading
on this?
