The current issue is the one which comes out in December. It should
be available soon if you do not already have it. I knew that Jim
Gillespie was working on the article, and because I serve as editor
of reviews for the journal, I normally get an advance copy before the
general mailing. That is why I knew the article was in this issue.
It's one that you should definitely read.
