<http://www.musicteachers.co.uk/>. You can also advertise on the Clarinet and
Saxophone Society site <http://www.clarinetandsaxophone.co.uk/>, and of
course, Mark has a directory of teachers at
<http://www.woodwind.org/clarinet/Study/Teachers.html>

I'm not a teacher, so I've no idea how well any of these work. I hope some
teachers on the list may be able to make some more reliable suggestions.
