A blurb says that an anonymous arrangement of Mozart's Sinfonia
Concertante in Eb Major appeared in the early 19th century. It was
titled: "Grande Sestetto Concertante".

The blurb doesn't explain whether: (A) the arrangement is anonymous in
the sense that the arranger's name is now lost in history, but the
arranger is presumed to have acknowledged Mozart as the original
composer; or (B) the arranger is suspected of being an outright
plagiarist who tried to pass off Mozart's music as his/her own.

Can anyone tell me more about the history of this?

Thank you
