Hello

Tried them. Use them from time to time.

My opinion is they make a very good back up, always ready.

Just finishing a 2 week run of CARZY FOR YOU on
clarinet, bass clarinet, and bari sax. Using 3.5 legere
on bari sax with great success. I m very pleased with the sound
of legere on this particular horn. The bari sits and becomes cold
in the pit. Having a legere on the bari when I pick it up has improved
my bari response on the horn vs. quickly jumping to a cold and
relatively dry cane reed on bari.

In doubling situations legere has some advantages.
