Swab the clarinet after the first few minutes of playing, then whenever you
have a chance afterward. You often get the heaviest volume of condensation
when you first start playing a cold instrument - even if you warm the
outside first, the bore is still significantly lower than the temperature of
your breath. After you've settled that out and the bore is warm, the amount
of further trouble you have will depend a lot on the room conditions. In
some conditions of temperature and humidity I can stop worrying about water
in tone holes completely for the duration of the rehearsal or performance.
In others, I need to swab nearly every time I have a rest long enough to get
it done.

I wouldn't fool with oil to solve this problem unless there's a good reason
and the problem is really chronically severe. Oil, especially if the wood
doesn't absorb it, can hold dust and, if not very carefully applied, can get
into tone holes and onto pads. Even if you manage to divert the water away
from the Bb/Eb key with oil, it's going to go somewhere - probably will just
end up in another hole you don't want blocked.
