So much for .5 cent difference, or even 4 cents!

You got me wrong here..........5 cents within itself,.

I was not talking about pitch drift, which can be significant.
Within itself, at the pitch you are at, temperment intervals
in midrange needs to be within about .5 cents accuracy for intervals to
sound good.

You may be at A439, or A435 for that matter, 20 cents flater.
Within itself at the pitch you are at .5 cent accuracy is required
in the temperment octave.
That whole thing is often be shifted up or down.

The standard remains A440, and deviations of the type you
are talking about do require different set ups, and do play
with the intonation of the instruments in strange ways.

4 cents flat from A440 does do things to the intonation I don t like.
It change some notes more then others.....makes it strange.
