Question: is this uniform throughout the scale, or does it change if you are

Is A=442 therefore 8 cents sharper than A=442? Is A=444 therefore 14 cents
sharper? If so, this doesn't seem to correlate with my tuner when I calibrate
it higher, for example 442 instead of 440.
Please excuse me if these are simple questions. I simply don't know.
