You are wellcome to join our standard. Shouldn't be a problem, as New York
and London used to have an even higher standard (about 455 Hz!) until quite
recently.
If any standard for Classical music would qualify as internationally apt
then it's certainly the Viennese one, especially as you can hardly get a
decent clarinet at low pitch unless very old or made on request.
