Either measure their performance with a tuner or ask O. Hammerschmidt at
what pitch they make most clarinets for their Austrian customers (esp. the
Vienna Phil. and their students). I have encountered other (German)
orchestras at that high pitch and own a couple of clarinets made for it or
fitted with exchange barrels.
