Divine.... another mutable word. I know someone who believes that the
sun is a divinity. Therefore being grateful that electric light bulbs
exist is idolatrous. Rather, electric light bulbs are a token of our
human weakness. However light from a flame (such as from a Coleman
lantern) is not. This is foolish, of course; and such a philosophy is
full of inconsistencies; but such people make you think a bit.
