This list I believe is always going to be but a very small fraction of the
time we allocate to our daily lives. Most of us are out 9 till 5, then in to
accommodate whatever family life we may persue. Then we meet a couple of
friends, eat and drink; catch up on some work, hope to sit down and watch
the news; fix the leaking tap, and answer the phone three times; put the
dirty socks et al into the washing m/c, (I do this, not my wife) and then
remember that we haven`t filled up with petrol, so that`s another 20 minutes
fitting in the petrol station before we retire.
So respectfully, I`m not interested in prompt replies. I can and do reply
whenever time permits. And I think I just about manage to edit out the
unimportant bits of most mail also . . . . . . . . .
