I personally find the embouchure differences to be essentially
transparent. I may have a little trouble getting my clarinet embouchure
settled after a couple of sets of sax playing on a big band gig, but it
probably does not take more than 8 bars or so. I suspect that sax players
who then take up clarinet may have a harder time than those of us who
learned in the other order.
