I tried playing these tapes to the students and they seemed put down by the
comments, such as and this is from the horses mouth, your tone is bad, your
intonation is bad here, the notes were articulated poorly on this passage.
This comes after they say good things about you. They then give you a
superior or excellent, and then you walk away without them suggesting to
your group their way on how to correct the problem. I am a band geek and
can fix the problems, but the students should also here from other
educators.

I do understand that there are other groups, but at least a suggestion or
two.
