<<<See ebay 3758029889 for a Buffet R13 along with a free (but
almost worthless) Cousenon B-flat clarinet. I played the R13
this morning after getting it back from the repairman and it is
one terrific horn. The Cousenon cannot be played but for a really
good craftsman it can be repaired. I think it may have gone
through World Wars I and II. The case itself may have been
through the Franco-Prussian war. But the Buffet is like a new
instrument and it is a very good one. If I were playing, I'd
keep this one for myself.>>>

Dan - you mention in the blurb on Ebay that the Cousenon has a "Buffet C
Face" mouthpiece. If memory serves me correctly, there would be a small
crown engraved next to the "C"?

If so, this mouthpiece would have been made by Chedeville, and could well be
worth much more than the clarinet it's sits on. Of course, if it's
thrashed, then it's of little use.

You should think of selling separately, if only so I can bid on it. (I
don't need another Buffet!)
