Bah. Doesn't everyone in Texas have a "driven ego"? Ahem. Anyway...

There is clearly a change in the colleges, there is clearly a change in the
K-12 grades, it just takes time to filter into the professional circuit.
Most people don't get their first major (or minor) symphony gig at age 18!
