You might try contacting David Shifrin, as he recorded the piece for Delos.
He's still with the Lincoln Centre Chamber Players, so maybe he's
contactable via their website. Or try Delos.

Does anyone know how to obtain a set of parts for this piece (a Clarinet
Quintet)? Our first violin says he's tried all avenues to no avail,
including emailing someone at a site called www.bernardherrmann.com
which elicited no response.
