I have to admit that was a really a backhanded criticism, but it was
uncalled for and I apologize. I also realize now that Ormondtoby and I were
arguing different points, much to the frustration of all involved.

It is a very interesting problem. I know Tony is going to nail me for name
dropping again, but this is the embouchure Joe Allard taught. For decades,
people tried to convince Joe to write a book and he always refused. As I
learn more and more I realize that putting in writing what he taught in
words and actions is an extraordinarily difficult task. I can't really
blame him for not doing so and it really was our loss. It might not even be
possible, but that's never stopped me from trying. This, of course, may be
