My congratulations to those of you who have been able to make music work
for you. Fun AND profit are sweet indeed. I have nothing against earning
a little money so I look with more than a little envy at those who can do
it. If ever I figure out how to make my chemistry web pages and (mostly)
clarinet music page generate some revenue they will most definitely turn
into subscription-only links.

Meanwhile, I recently sequenced the Tausch concerto in Eb (piano reduction)
and I'm still trying to get my play-alongs on the first and third movements
up to 80% tempo before I release it. It is an impossible dream for me I'm
afraid ever to get it up to tempo. Damned thing!

When the Italian Clarinetto MIDI page was free I downloaded the MIDI files
for every wind quintet which appealed to me. Recently I've been putting
them in music notation form. I play one or two with my wind quintet every
couple of weeks and the other players have started giving me an "aye" or
"nay" about each one. The first movement of "Eine Kleine Nachmusik" was a
hoot but ended up a resounding "nay". There ARE some other yummy ones
(Debussy's Pavanne is one) which I'll start to upload when I have the
time. Watch this space!

Oliver
