Adam, with all due respect, I don't think tennis is a good analogy. You find
someone of a similar skill level and play with them and who else cares. You
can backhand or lob or do whatever you want on each shot. No one is paying
to watch you.

In an orchestra you have 50-60 players that have to play the same thing all
together, with consistency, in front of an audience. I'm not saying tennis
requires less skill, but it's more like jazz than classical. :-P
