Tony,

Many thanks for that superb program note, which was much more than I
expected.

I've just checked the program you are doing on Saturday, and it is a
HarmonieMusik day out even without the encore. It's not too far from
warwick, so I'll be there as long as they haven't sold out. I'll be the guy
clapping long enough to guarantee the encore. For any one else in range, it
is:
