I have been teaching flutaphone to 2nd and 3rd graders at the Golden
Mountain Montessori School now for 3 years, and I just love it. I treat
the flutaphone as a minature clarinet, because it has a thumbhole (like
thumb F, only it's actually an out-of-tune C) and holes that go down the
scale like an F scale. The Montessori teacher who hired me, Miss
Clarice, has moved on to another school this year and I can't find her.
Teaching just won't be the same without my flutaphones. ANNIE
