Dan, I hate to say this, but having lived in Frankfurt for almost 4 decades
I have never encountered a tsvetshe-kookhe with a custard layer! Did you
check that it was actually custard? The aboriginees in that region use to
eat the most unlikely stuff, I'd better watch out! (Anyone tried ebbl-voy
(local cider variety) to sterilize reeds? I am sure it could kill any living
creature...)
