Chris - thanks for posting this I do appreciate it.

On the other side of the equation, it has been a difficult summer for me.
Several instruments I shipped arrived back to their owners in rough condition,
needing to be set up all over again. Needless to say, this caused aggravation
for all.

As far as I can tell, the instruments were shaken up too much inside an
older case, with insufficient padding to absorb the motion, thus destroying the
adjustment.

I now ship newly overhauled clarinets SEPARATE from their cases, wrapped in
bubble wrap, and double boxed. Sue Raycraft was the first person to urge me
to ship this way. Thanks, Sue!

That's what we did with your clarinet, and I am gratified to see that it
arrived the way it left here.
