Hi Rien!
Just happen to have a score at hand. The measure in question is numbered 174 in Bärenreiter pocket score.
Fl have half note, G, G
Ob. half notes Bb, Eb
Bsn G quarter, Eb half
Horn Eb, Eb quarter, rest
cello and bass: Eb quarter, rest
All the notes of the chord are present with sounding G2 and G3 being prominent (flutes) and Bb1 in second oboe. Playing written A1 would be adding a third octave albeit only for a 16th but I also see no need to improve Spohr here.
Enjoy the great piece, Rien!
Best,
David
