I always use an "a" at that point.=20
It fits much better in the pattern and seems to work better musically.=20

Subject: [kl] Spohr's first concerto

Hello

I have a question about the first concerto of Spohr: In he first part.
Between letter E and F, after the triplets, he has a passage in 16th
notes,
in th first four bars of which every second note is a c. My question
refers
to the fifth bar of this passage, bar 175 to be exact. Here Spohr wrote
a-f-a-c f-c-f-a. I wonder whether this last c shouln't be also an a,
as in
the next two runs he also writes an a, which in my feeling is much more
logically.
