Oddly enough my A has always tuned much better than my Bb..it really comes
down to getting uses to the overtones on the horn....so many clarinetists
complain about the A but really it is very much a clarinet in that it is
unpredictable.

Alot of it comes down to just getting used to the way it plays and
adjusting..if the horn hasn't been used a good deal it may be the pads are
not as tight and seated as well.

Simply tighten the springs a wee bit and go back to a routine of using the
horn.
