It depends on exactly what you mean by "hissing"?

While the B flat is the worst note on any clarinet (for physics reasons,
not for lack of repair), the E is not a difficult note. Yet you
describe both notes with the same adjective, "hissing".

Since you've said that you're a beginner, you should talk with an
experienced clarinetist (or teacher or competent technician) and ask how
much of this is caused by your inexperience and whether any of it is
caused by maladjustments that prevent your pads from closing completely
or some other maladjustment.
